Job Details
Responsibilities:
• Performs a variety of clinical and research MRI & MDCT procedures that will require independent judgment, with ingenuity and imitative.
• Performs CT IR Procedures
• The technologists will produce and evaluate MRI and CT images for technical quality, properly identifies images and patient and effectively uses judgment for protocols and procedures
• Medication oversight which includes documentation of delivery of contrast media.
• Adheres to St. Francis hospital and departmental policies and procedures and JCAHO/regulatory agency requirements
Requirements:
• NYS radiographer's license
• Registration with American Registry of Radiologic Technology
• BLS required
• Completion of Radiologic Technology training in an AMA approved school
• Knowledge and working experience in Computerized Tomography and MRI preferred.
MRI/CT certification preferred
Salary Range
USD $54.51 - USD $67.48 /Hr.
