Ability to read and comprehend English at a level necessary to follow written and oral instructions and safety precautions.
Possess effective oral communications skills.
Technically competent in tasks within the scope of practice of a Surgical Technician.
Ability to precept new staff and students in aseptic technique, instrumentation, and operative procedures.
