Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Position Details Knowledgeable of all operative procedures and surgical equipment. Demonstrates the ability to set up and operate instruments, sutures, and equipment used in operative procedures. Efficiently and effectively aids the surgeon. Demonstrates knowledge of basic anatomy by anticipating and providing for the surgeon's needs during the case. Demonstrates the ability to integrate into sterile processing duties. What You Offer Graduate of an accredited surgical technology program. Must possess an active certification from the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or be eligible for certification. Work Schedule Full-time, 80 hours per biweekly pay period Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm or 7am-3:30pm Participates in weekday and weekend call rotation (weekend call every 6 weeks) and rotating holidays What We Offer People join Perham Health for the opportunities and stay because of the culture.
