Now Hiring: Dental Patient Services Coordinator Part-Time | 15–20 Hours per Week Location: Clearwater, FL Pay Range: $17.00–$23.00 per hour Be the Friendly Face That Helps Patients Get the Care They Need Just Pull It Dental is hiring a Dental Patient Services Coordinator for our Clearwater, Florida office. We specialize in tooth extractions and urgent dental care, helping patients receive prompt, affordable treatment when they are experiencing dental pain. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with people, keeping a busy office organized, and creating a positive experience during what can often be a stressful time for patients. The Dental Patient Services Coordinator serves as an important connection between patients and the clinical team, helping keep appointments, communication, and front-office activities running smoothly. What You’ll Be DoingPatient Support & Communication- Welcome patients and help create a professional, comfortable, and compassionate office experience
- Guide patients through check-in and check-out procedures
- Answer incoming calls and assist with general questions about appointments and office processes
- Provide clear and courteous communication while helping patients navigate their visit
- Help ensure patients receive a positive experience from the moment they arrive until they leave
- Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments
- Maintain accurate patient information, records, and front-office documentation
- Assist patients with required paperwork and other administrative processes
- Support insurance verification and related documentation when needed
- Monitor the daily schedule and help the team stay organized in a busy clinical environment
- Coordinate with team members to support efficient patient flow and daily operations
- Work closely with dentists, dental assistants, and other office staff
- Assist with general administrative and front-office responsibilities as needed
- Adapt quickly to changing schedules, patient needs, and daily priorities
- Travel to nearby office locations when business needs require additional support
- Help maintain an organized, welcoming, and efficient reception area
- Previous experience in a dental front office, medical office, customer service, reception, scheduling, or administrative support role is preferred
- Prior experience working in a dental office is strongly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization, multitasking, and attention to detail
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with frequent patient interaction
- Professional, dependable, friendly, and patient-focused approach
- Ability to handle changing priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
- Part-time position averaging approximately 15–20 hours per week
- Evening availability is required
- Saturday availability is preferred, typically from 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
- Hours may vary based on patient volume and office needs
- Competitive hourly compensation of $17.00–$23.00 per hour
