Position Summary
Windsong Radiology is seeking a Director of Imaging- Mammography & Ultrasound to lead all clinical and business operations for our mammography and ultrasound service lines. This role drives operational excellence, strategic growth, and team leadership across multiple regional centers.
Key Responsibilities

Operations & Leadership: Direct daily operations, staffing, hiring, and performance management.

Strategic Growth: Partner with sales/marketing to identify new business ventures and analyze market trends.

Process Improvement: Utilize data analytics and Lean/Six Sigma to optimize quality and patient engagement.

Stakeholder Relations: Serve as the liaison to health systems and report performance trends to Senior Leadership.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare Administration required; Master's/MBA or RT(M)/RDMS preferred.

Experience: 5–8 years in healthcare operations leadership or commercial strategy (Radiology/Medical practice preferred).

Skills: Strong business acumen, P&L management, data analysis, and excellent communication.

Requirements: Ability to travel 50% to surrounding centers and lift up to 25 lbs.
