Administrative Assistant - Cancer Center at Providence Saint John’s Health Center in Santa Monica, CA. This position is Per Diem and will work <40>-hour, Day shifts.

Under the general direction of the supervisor and reporting to the director, the Echo Technologist performs/is responsible for echocardiographic exams in accordance with hospital and departmental standards. Completes all phases of exams and assists with other Heart Institute procedures and patients as needed. .

Required Qualifications:

Coursework/Training: Successful completion of an echocardiography ultrasound technology program.
Upon hire: National Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography
Upon hire: National Certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International
Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Clinic experience.
2 years performing cardiac ultrasound in a clinic setting.
Electronic troubleshooting experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Performing neonate/pediatric echocardiograms.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
