Job Description

  • Front Desk Receptionist in busy Chiropractic and Wellness Clinic
  • We are looking for someone to join our team! This job is a fast-paced environment that requires you to maintain a positive attitude and fantastic customer service. Multiple and various tasks will need to be completed within a timely manner. We are looking for someone who has past medical office receptionist experience. 

Applicant must:
  •  BE PUNCTUAL 
  • Have experience working at the front desk in a medical office. 
  • Answer phones, schedule patients, verify insurance, take payments, assign patients to rooms, photocopy, scan, check voicemails/emails, return calls, prepare mail, assist with billing tasks 
  • Be technologically savvy (iPad/digital cameras/scanner/fax/photo copier) 
  • Handle a fast-paced environment 
  • MULTI TASK - Prioritize tasks 
  • MAINTAIN PATIENT CONFIDENTIALITY 
  • Have a positive attitude and work well as a team and individually 
  • 22 -26 hours/ wk : Mon - Fri schedule to be discussed, possibly Saturdays 
  • Experience in a chiropractor's office is a plus, experience with Chirotouch is a BIG PLUS!
