JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for assisting physician with patient care, clerical, environmental and organizational tasks. Responsible for appointment scheduling including care and chart management. Provides information to patients so they may fully utilize and benefit from the clinic services. Conveys a positive image of clinic. Collect, process routine testing, and returning results back to doctor.  Obtain, process doctor’s orders, and data entry.  Provide good customer service on the phone, patients, doctors and other medical staff.  Work well under pressure. Phlebotomy course and phlebotomy experience.            Equipment/Technology:  Experience with computers and office equipment, required.        Language/Communication:  The ability to read and communicate effectively in English. Bilingual is a plus.  Must                         understand medical terminology.        Mathematical Skills:  General Math skills.
