Position: Mammography Tech

Location: Newark, NJ

Department: Radiology Diagnostic

Shifts Available: Full Time-Days

Pay: up to $1,750.80 to $2,535.60 gross pay per week

Responsibilities

Performs Mammography according to department protocols. Functions as the first line interface with customers and is successful in the accomplishment of their imaging needs. Participates in PI/ QC activities and if service is needed, escalates to Director.  Maintains department supplies. Promotes teamwork and good customer service. Responsible for Processing and transmission of Images to PACS.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

  • Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by State.
  • Effective July 1, 2017 appropriate national certifications in two modalities required
  • Current BCLS (AHA) required.
  • Must be familiar with State and Federal regulations.
  • One year of expereince required. 
  • Graduate of a program accredited by JRCERT.
  • Proficient computer skills.

    Premiere Healthcare Staffing offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $43.77 to $63.39. This compensation estimate is specific to California and has not been adjusted for any other geographic location. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
