Medical Administrative Assistant – Optometry

Reid Medical Clinic | Lackland AFB – San Antonio, TX | Potential Opportunity

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for a Medical Administrative Assistant to support the Optometry Clinic at Reid Medical Clinic.

Play an important role in providing organized, efficient patient services to our military community.

Position Highlights

• Monday–Friday schedule

• No nights, weekends, or federal holidays

• Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits

Position Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship

• High School Diploma or GED

• Current BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross; hands-on training)

• Strong administrative and customer service skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic scheduling systems

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient appointments and referrals

• Maintain medical records and administrative documents

• Assist patients with scheduling and clinic inquiries

• Support daily optometry clinic operations
