Our team is dedicated to providing quality healthcare and creating a welcoming experience for our patients. Responsibilities Room patients and obtain vital signs, height, weight, and medical histories. Prepare examination rooms and assist providers during patient visits. Update patient information and document accurately in the electronic medical record. Administer injections and perform other clinical duties within the scope of training and authorization. Assist with patient care coordination, referrals, and follow-up as needed. Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked examination rooms. Communicate professionally with patients, providers, and team members. Follow HIPAA guidelines, infection control procedures, and office policies. Qualifications Previous Medical Assistant experience preferred. Medical Assistant certification is a plus. Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced primary care environment. Professional, dependable, and patient-focused attitude.
