Our practice is in the heart of downtown Chicago, overlooking the iconic Millennium Park.

FULL-TIME POSITION: Monday-Friday (36-40 hours) and rotating one shift per month on Saturday (8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.) 

$20 - $22 depending on experience 

JOB SUMMARY 

As a member of our dermatology team, you will play an important role in supporting our providers and delivering an exceptional patient experience. In this position, you will scribe for dermatology providers while providing hands-on clinical support throughout the patient visit. You will assist with medical and cosmetic procedures, communicate with, and educate patients, and help ensure each patient receives high-quality, efficient, and comprehensive care. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to consistently following practice standards and delivering compassionate, professional care.

 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Scribe and assist during medical and cosmetic procedures
• Educate and communicate with patients
• Ensure efficient, high-quality, comprehensive care
• Adherence to clinical standards and privacy regulations
• Professional communication with providers, patients, co-workers, and vendors

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS 

Minimum Qualifications

• High school graduate (college preferred but not necessary)

Preferred Qualifications

• Medical experience in a medical setting, spa or medspa 
• EMR experience (EMA)
