What You Will Do
- Welcome and room patients with warmth and professionalism
- Take vitals, update medical histories, and support providers during exams
- Perform point of care testing and administer vaccines under supervision
- Keep accurate, timely documentation in the EHR
- Support patient education, follow ups, and clear communication
- Help manage calls, referrals, prior authorizations, and scheduling
- Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and follow all safety guidelines
What You Bring
- Accredited MA training or equivalent experience
- MA certification (or willingness to obtain, wewillreimburse for your certification)
- 1+ year of healthcare experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Comfort working in a fast paced, patient centered environment
