Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist (Temp-to-Perm)
Albany, NY | $22–$23/hour | Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5pm
IMA Clinical Research is seeking a skilled Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist to join our team in Albany — a temp-to-perm opportunity with a predictable Monday–Friday schedule. You'll perform phlebotomy and lab processing to support participants in active clinical studies, playing a key role in ensuring accurate, high-quality data collection.

What you'll do:
- Perform phlebotomy for study subjects following established protocols
- Process labs in accordance with study requirements
- Maintain accurate and organized records of lab information
- Follow all safety guidelines to protect patient and staff wellbeing
- Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and team members
What we're looking for:
- Current Medical Assistant certification (required)
- Current phlebotomy certification (required)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to following protocols
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Reliable, team-oriented, and adaptable
