How you’ll contribute
Perform moderate to high complex testing and waived testing procedures and reports test results.
Perform instrument maintenance and troubleshooting.
Perform quality control testing.
Maintain supplies needed for performance of tests.
Perform phlebotomy procedures and drug screen collections according to policy and procedure.
Accurately register client samples, results with comments, order tests, cancel and add tests as required.
Handle with Care participation annually or CPI participation every 2 years.

What we’re looking for
Applicants should have an Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Science (May be grandfathered in with Certification or Diploma)
TN MLT license preferred but not required
ASCP (MLT) Certification required
Additional requirements include:
- Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Completion of a 50-week US Military Medical Lab training course and a minimum of two (2) years of experience is accepted in lieu of education.
