What You'll Do

  • Welcome patients and visitors with professionalism and compassion
  • Register patients and verify demographic, insurance, and workers' compensation information
  • Collect co-pays, deductibles, and other patient payments
  • Support patient flow and front-office operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation within the EMR system
  • Help create a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous medical reception, healthcare, or customer service experience preferred
  • Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems preferred
  • Knowledge of insurance verification and medical terminology preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and patient confidentiality
