What You'll Do

• Welcome patients and visitors with professionalism, warmth, and compassion.
• Register patients and verify demographic, insurance, and workers' compensation information.
• Collect co-pays, deductibles, and other patient payments.
• Support patient flow and front-office operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation within the EMR system.
• Help create a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Collaborate closely with clinical and operational team members to support an exceptional patient experience.
• Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to learn additional responsibilities that support efficient clinic operations and a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous medical reception, healthcare, customer service, or related experience preferred.
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance verification and medical terminology preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and patient confidentiality.
• Adaptability and a team-first mindset in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Compensation Range
