Medical Receptionist (Full-Time) – Shelton, CT
Dermatology Physicians of Connecticut is seeking a poised, professional Medical Receptionist to join our Shelton office. This is a key front-facing role for someone who takes pride in delivering a refined, seamless patient experience in a fast-paced clinical setting.
As the first point of contact, you set the tone for each patient visit, delivering a balance of warmth, efficiency, and attention to detail while supporting the flow of the practice.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with professionalism and courtesy
- Accurately collect and verify insurance and demographic information
- Manage incoming calls with efficiency and discretion
- Coordinate and maintain provider schedules
- Triage patient needs and communicate effectively with clinical staff
- Process payments with accuracy and attention to detail
Schedule
Monday through Friday. Some Saturdays offered.
Qualifications
- Strong computer proficiency, including scheduling and data entry systems
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a busy environment
- Clear, professional communication skills
