Revive Therapy Plus Wellness LLC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Medical Scheduler to join our growing team in Oklahoma City, OK. Responsibilities:

Schedule and confirm patient appointments across multiple providers and service lines
Manage inbound and outbound calls, addressing patient inquiries with professionalism and care
Coordinate referrals, follow-up visits, and therapy or wellness appointments
Maintain accurate patient records and demographic information in the EMR/EHR system
Verify insurance eligibility and collect necessary pre-authorization information
Communicate scheduling changes, cancellations, and waitlist updates to patients and staff
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to optimize daily scheduling workflows

Requirements:

Prior experience in medical scheduling, medical receptionist, or healthcare administration preferred
Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and medical scheduling software
Atleast 3 years experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude
Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
High school diploma or equivalent required; medical office certification a plus
