MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIST or MEDICAL LABORATORY TECHNICIAN - NIGHT SHIFT

Job Details: Job Location: Grand Coulee - Grand Coulee, WA, Salary Range: $29.26 - $52.61Hourly, Coulee Medical Center is seeking a night-shift Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join our laboratory team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of laboratory testing, maintaining quality and accuracy of results, and supporting excellent patient care. This position works closely with laboratory staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure timely and reliable results, in accordance with CMC’s Mission, Vision and Values.  We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, team-focused, and committed to quality patient care, with the ability to work independently on night-shift and in a fast-paced laboratory environment. Education/Experience:Qualified MT/MLS Candidates: National Certification as a Medical Technologist in the specialties of Chemistry, Hematology, Serology and Microbiology A graduate of a baccalaureate program in Medical Technology with certification through a nationally recognized organization (ASCP and/or AMT) Washington State Medical Assistance License for Phlebotomy within 90 days of start date BLS certificate required Laboratory experience preferred Qualified MLT Candidates: National Certification as a Medical Technician (MLT) Associates degree as a Medical Laboratory Technician from an accredited college or university, including one year of clinical training with certification through a nationally recognized organization (ASCP or AMT) Washington State Medical Assistance License for Phlebotomy within 90 days of start date BLS certification Laboratory experience preferred $3.50/hr. night differential/$2.50/hr. weekend differential   MT/MLS Candidates Pay Range: $33.94 - $52.61/hour MLT Candidates Pay Range: $29.26 - $45.36/hour   Benefits/SalaryBenefits Include: Medical, Dental, and Vision, 403(b) with a maximum match of 5% (match depends on years of service), Employer paid life insurance, Employer paid Long-Term Disability, Health Flex Spending Account (HFSA), Day Care Flex Spending Account (DFSA), EAP, Earned Leave accrual (.071153846/hr) & Paid Sick Leave accrual (.025/hr).   Pay/Grade Range: The pay grade range for this position has been finalized for the facility according to an evaluation of the roles’ duties and requirements.
