WilsonImaging.com, part of Financial District Foot & Ankle Center (FDFAC), is looking for a part-time MRI Technologist to join our growing sports medicine practice.
This isn't your typical high-volume imaging center. Our MRI program is integrated into a busy sports medicine clinic, with a strong focus on musculoskeletal imaging, image quality, and patient experience.
New graduates are encouraged to apply. We're happy to train the right person. Previous experience demonstrating initiative, accountability, good judgment, and strong interpersonal skills is valued - whether inside or outside healthcare.
What You'll Do
- Perform open extremity MSK MRI studies using our Esaote O-Scan.
- Image the foot, ankle, knee, hand, wrist, forearm, and other extremities.
- Screen, position, and guide patients through the MRI experience.
- Ensure excellent image quality and accurate study documentation.
- Coordinate with our clinical team and reading radiologists.
- Help the team when the MRI schedule allows.
- Look for ways to improve workflow and the patient experience.
What We're Looking For
- ARRT/ARMRIT (MR) certification or MRI-eligible new graduate.
- MSK/open extremity MRI experience is a plus, not required.
- Excellent communication and patient-care skills.
- Dependable, self-directed, and comfortable taking initiative.
- Someone who notices what needs to be done and follows through.
Our four core values are Teamwork, Curiosity, Respect, and Momentum. We're a high-performance, low-drama team where contributions and ideas are valued.
FDFAC has been recognized by SFGATE's Best of the Bay Area for three consecutive years - 2024, 2025, and 2026.
Schedule: Mondays, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM.
Growth: This position is currently one day per week, with the potential for additional hours and a path toward full-time as our imaging program expands.
