What You'll Do 

  • Create a welcoming, professional experience for patients, employers, and visitors. 
  • Manage patient registration, scheduling, check-in, and check-out. 
  • Coordinate communication between patients, employers, and clinical staff. 
  • Keep appointments, documentation, and daily clinic operations organized and moving efficiently. 
  • Handle employer authorizations, patient records, and administrative responsibilities. 
  • Support the clinical team and cross-train in additional occupational health services, including drug and alcohol testing. 

Requirements

What You Bring 

  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and natural ability to connect with people. 
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills. 
  • Confidence navigating a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail. 
  • Initiative, accountability, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed. 
  • Comfort with computers, scheduling systems, and electronic records. 
  • Previous medical office or customer service experience preferred. 

Occupational medicine experience is a plus, but the right mindset matters more.
