Mobile/Clinic Phlebotomist (Hybrid)

Location: Lawton, OK (Primary Location)

Travel Required: Altus, Duncan, and surrounding areas

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Mobile/Clinic Phlebotomist to join our team. This hybrid position combines mobile specimen collection with in-clinic patient care responsibilities. The ideal candidate will perform blood and urine collections, work closely with clinic and pharmacy staff, and assist with patient injections and other clinical support duties.

Injection experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.

Schedule

  • Full-Time
  • Monday through Friday
  • Clinic hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Occasional mobile home collections based on company and client needs

Responsibilities

  • Perform blood and urine specimen collections
  • Accurately label, process, and prepare specimens for transport
  • Verify patient identity and maintain accurate documentation
  • Provide excellent patient care and customer service
  • Administer injections according to training and company policy
  • Obtain vital signs as needed
  • Follow HIPAA, safety, and infection control standards
  • Work independently and travel between assigned locations

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Phlebotomy certification preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and travel as needed
  • Must pass background check and drug screening
