Job Summary:

Validates patient orders and specimen information in Laboratory computer system with regular guidance. Processes and collects patient specimens. Responds to inquiries for laboratory information.

• Delivery and receipt of specimens to laboratory area.
• Orders and processes patient specimens.
• Relays patient test results to patient care givers and other healthcare providers.
