SUMMARY:

Collect and analyze incoming bulk ingredients, save samples as required. Analyze process from concentrate through filtration using refractometer, spectrophotometer, turbidimeter, titrator, colorimeter and vitamin C titrator using specifications to ensure raw product integrity. Monitor finished product quality using before mentioned instruments. Maintain accurate, detailed and complete documentation to ensure finished product integrity. Maintain communication with operators and supervisors.

Incoming Tanker Inspection, Unloading and Outgoing
Support 10% Finished Product Hold Reduction & 5% Consumer Complaint Reduction
Communicate with Key Personnel
Maintain Paperwork
Collect Required Samples
Maintain Work Environment
Knowledge of Lab Equipment:
Be Aware of Safety Hazards
Train Co-Workers
Ensure Compliance to Food Safety and Plant Security

Salary Range: $20.96 - 26.55/HR

This range reflects the full pay scale for all roles within this position's grade. The actual salary offer will consider various factors, such as experience and, if applicable, location. Salary increases are determined by promotional opportunities. Tree Top provides a weekly payroll. This position is eligible for annual safety incentive.
