Role Overview
As a Radiology Technology Assistant, you will perform a wide variety of clerical, technical, and patient-related duties under general supervision. Your role is essential in supporting the Radiology team, ensuring smooth patient check-ins, exam preparations, and assistance during procedures. You will contribute to a broad range of healthcare services, enhancing the patient experience and operational efficiency.

What You Will Do
- Assist with patient check-in and preparation for radiology exams and procedures.
- Provide patient education and support throughout their visit.
- Help with exam reviews and ensure readiness for radiology services.
- Transport patients as needed within the department.
- Support the Radiology team in various imaging sections and modalities.
- Perform clerical and technical tasks according to established protocols.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Healthcare Provider (BLS) certification required upon hire or during orientation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Medical knowledge and terminology.
- One (1) year clinical experience.
