Reliability Lab Technician

Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.

The role. Run the burn-in and reliability lab: extended stress testing, environmental chambers, and data collection.

What you'll do:

• Operate burn-in racks and environmental chambers
• Execute reliability test plans
• Monitor and log long-duration tests
• Assist failure analysis with engineering
• Maintain lab equipment and records

What you'll bring:

• 3+ years in electronics manufacturing, test, or lab operations
• Able to work to ESD, IPC-A-610, and traceability standards (training provided)
• Careful documentation habits and quality-first mindset
• High school diploma or GED; electronics training or military experience valued

Full training provided — no prior industry experience required.

Pay range: $55,000 – $72,000 per year
