💵 Here’s How the Bonus Works

  • $2,000 paid at 6 months of employment
  • $3,000 paid at 12 months of employment
  • That’s $5,000 total – on top of competitive pay and great benefits!

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be a new hire into a Respiratory Therapist role at one of the listed locations
  • Must be hired as full-time
  • Cannot be a former CareLinc employee
  • Cannot be referred by a current CareLinc employee (this program is for direct applicants only)
  • Must maintain satisfactory performance and attendance as determined by your leader
  • Sign-on bonuses are subject to standard payroll taxes and paid via paycheck

🚗 Auto insurance with coverage of $100,000/$300,000

🛡️ Personal liability insurance of $1,000,000 per occurrence / $6,000,000 aggregate
