Position Overview

To ensure that Respiratory Therapy services rendered (the evaluation and treatment of patients) are completed in a timely, accurate and reliable manner. Those served include inpatients, outpatients, UHS staff and employees as well as affiliated UHS community groups as needed.

per hour, depending on experience

Sign-on Incentive:

Experienced candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000. Early-career candidates may qualify for tuition forgiveness.

Hours, Full Time, .9 Nights 7:30pm - 8:00am (12 hour shifts)

Education/Experience

Minimum Required:

• Graduation from an accredited School for Respiratory Therapy

Preferred:

• One (1) year experience as a Respiratory Therapist

License/Certification

Minimum Required:

• New York State Respiratory Therapy Permit or License
• Registered by the NBRC as a Respiratory Therapist
• CPR and ACLS Certification within 3 months of hire
