Develops and implements processes through orientation, training, and education to ensure that the competence of all staff members is assessed, maintained, improved, and demonstrated throughout their employment. Is responsible for ensuring shift operations run smoothly and efficeiently within the established guidelines set by Regional One Health. Assists the manager and director in the annual budget process and staffing decisions.
