Homecare – Administrative Medical Assistant (Full Time)
Location: 986 Tibbetts Wick Rd, Girard, OH 44420
Business Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

The responsibilities of our Administrative Medical Assistants include:
- Triage calls from patients, families, physician offices, and more
- Answer general information questions and deliver messages
- Work with the Clinical Managers with day to day operations
- Work with labs to complete billing claims
- Assist Clinical Manager in scheduling Home Health Aide visits
- Perform other duties as required
Qualifications:
- Medical Background preferred
- Must have High School education
- Must have a minimum of six months office experience
- Must possess typing and clerical skills
- Must have a criminal background check
Job Conditions:
- At times, there are deadlines that must be met
- It is primarily a desk position which involves sitting, standing, stooping, and walking
- This position requires minimal lifting of office records and printouts
- The ability to read 12 point and larger type is required
- One must be able to hear adequately on the telephone with no more than an amplifier and be able to communicate both verbally and in writing in English
- Must be able to utilize a PC, calculator, multi-line telephone, and other related office equipment
