🕒 Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

🩺 Job Summary
As a Medical Assistant / EMT, you will play a key role in supporting providers with clinical tasks, documentation, and patient communication. You’ll assist with exams, help manage the flow of care, and become an integral part of our patient-centered practice.
Ideal candidates are motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a high-touch environment.
🔍 Key Responsibilities

Assist with provider documentation and charting during patient visits - this position requires the ability to manage a high volume of data entry.

Take vital signs, update patient medical histories, and perform intake

Prepare exam rooms and ensure equipment is clean and stocked

Assist during exams and procedures as directed by providers

Communicate with patients about upcoming procedures, instructions, and follow-ups
-
Manage communication with pharmacies

Coordinate patient care through phone calls, faxes, and secure messaging

Help track and follow up on medical clearances, referrals, and lab results
-
Support both front and back office tasks as needed for team coverage

Ensure accurate and timely entry of clinical documentation in EMR systems
-
Maintain HIPAA compliance and a high standard of professionalism at all times
