Medical Receptionist – Pediatrics – Puyallup Sunrise
Woodcreek Provider Services is seeking Medical Receptionists to support high-quality pediatric patient care at our Puyallup Sunrise clinic.
We’re looking for dependable, patient-focused team members who thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced clinical environment.
Current Openings
Hire #1 (0.75 FTE, 30 hrs/week)
Monday | 9 AM - 6 PM
Tuesday | 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Saturday | 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Home clinic: Puyallup Sunrise
Compensation
Pay Range: $20.27 – $25.89 per hour*
Hiring Range: $20.27 – $31.51 per hour (typical starting range)
Actual compensation is determined based on skills, experience, and internal equity. The hiring range reflects where most new hires are placed.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors
- Greet patients, check them in, and manage front desk flow
- Schedule appointments and coordinate patient visits
- Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Support overall clinic operations and team workflow
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfort working with electronic systems and scheduling tools
- Previous medical front office experience preferred
