Vanguard Skin Specialists is a dermatology and plastic surgery practice serving communities in southern Colorado. We give generously of our time and resources locally and around the world.  Job and Ideal Candidate:  Responsibilities include high-volume scheduling over the phone, assisting with patient and doctor requests over the phone, preparing patient files, and other phone-related administrative tasks  The right candidate will be able to manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls. This is NOT a front office/receptionist position.  Schedule patients utilizing electronic scheduling for a multi-provider, multi-specialty medical practice -Minimum typing speed 50 wpm  Manage patient communication with compassion and integrity  Attention to extreme detail and accuracy  Qualifications: We don’t require prior experience. We’ll train you and help you get there.   Proven track record of working well on teams and delivering excellence  Excellent verbal and written skills required. Customer service experience a plus  Alignment with the values and mission of Vanguard Skin Specialists  Schedule:  This is a full-time position with business hours Monday to Friday. This position is based out of our HQ office in Colorado Springs. This position includes a hybrid schedule after the training completion.   Reviews:  Vanguard Skin Specialists believes in providing regular feedback and encouraging professional development. For the first year, you will have reviews every quarter with the opportunity for compensation increases. After one year, you will be included in the next of our upcoming semi-annual spring or fall review cycles for your formal reviews, and thereafter your compensation reviews will occur in that cycle (fall or spring) annually.  The practice promotes from within which provides opportunity for growth and advancement.  Compensation & Benefits:  Compensation is $19 - $21 per hour (based on experience) with eligibility for overtime and paid time off. The practice covers a portion of the premium for medical benefits and offers vision, dental, and 401K.
