Responsibilities

Safely collect blood samples via venipunctures, heel-sticks and finger sticks; Responsible for quality of blood samples; Verify patient identification; Assure safety and comfort of patient by following established standards; Adhere to Customer Service Excellence.


Requirements

  • Must possess a high school diploma or GED
  • Must have passed an accreditated course including clinical experience, or have 1 year of continuous phlebotomy experience at minimum
  • Phlebotomy Certification preferred but not required

USD $18.66/Hr.

Max

USD $30.79/Hr.

Salary Information

Compensation decisions are made in alignment with internal equity, role scope, and market data to ensure fair and consistent pay practices. Most new hires are typically placed within the lower to mid-portion of the range; offers above that level are reserved for candidates with advanced or highly specialized qualifications.
