Position Highlights:
- Position: Certified Scrub Tech
- Location: CVSC, M-F Days
Responsibilities:
- Prepare the Operating Room
- Assist During Surgery
- Prepare patients for surgery by cleansing and disinfecting incision sites.
- Assist with patient positioning and draping to maintain sterility.
- Help clean and restock the operating room after surgery.
- Maintain accurate surgical counts of sponges, needles, and instruments to prevent retained surgical items.
- Operate and maintain surgical equipment, such as lights, suction machines, and sterilization tools.
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- One (1) year of related experience preferred
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Required
- Current and unrestricted Colorado state licensure as a CST
- Current BLS
Compensation:
- The anticipated compensation range for this position is $30.00 - $34.50 per hour, commensurate with qualifications, education, experience, and other applicable factors. This position is exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
- Bonus: $10,000 (paid out over 3 years)
- Additional compensation may be available in the form of discretionary incentive or other compensation programs. Any such additional compensation is not guaranteed and is determined at the sole discretion of the organization based on applicable program terms, individual and/or organizational performance, and other eligibility requirements.
Additional Information:
- Relocation: Must relocate to Grand Junction, CO 81505 before starting work.
