Work Schedule: 

100% FTE, Monday - Friday 40hrs per week, varying hours, one Saturday a month. You will work at UW Health Newburg Rd. Clinic 6824 Newburg Rd

Additional components of compensation may include:

Evening, night, and weekend shift differential

Overtime

Qualifications
  • Successful completion of a phlebotomy course. Required
  • Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required
Work Experience
  • 3 years Phlebotomy experience. Required
Licenses & Certifications
  • Basic Life Support/CPR Certification. Required
  • Phlebotomy Technician certification (PBT) or Certified Phlebotomy Technician certification (CPT). Required
